7. Reservation fee (pre-pay) is non-refundable, unless cancellation of the reservation will be done at the latest 21 days before the planned commencement of stay - in this case will be refunded 50% of the paid amount
8. Guests are requested not to leave items with a higher value in their rooms because they do not inform the reception about their existence will result in dismissal from responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage. All items and personal belongings are left in the hotel at your own risk.
